RETURNS - REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we understand you may have changed your mind or the product is no longer required, but please arrange the return within 28 days of receipt, after this time the product is non-returnable. Any order which involves personalisation, names add, club badges etc. to items are none returnable.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for samples.

If you would like to return any products, please print and fill in our returns form and include this inside your parcel.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

To assist you in returning your order please select the following link https://form.jotform.com/clicksit/swr-sports_Pay  this service will cost £5.28 inc vat. We are unable to refund the original delivery charge (except where goods received are either faulty, damaged or incorrect). Please print off the Yodel Collect+ returns form with the pre-printed label and fix to the outside of your parcel, ensure you return any product in a saleable condition and use the original package if possible.

Your parcel can be dropped off at any local store offering YODEL collect+ services. Stores found here, www.collectplus.co.uk/store-locator , the storekeeper will give you a receipt as proof of postage, it includes a 7 character code which you can use to track you parcel online at https://www.collectplus.yodel.co.uk/track/ Please allow 2-3 days for any returns and a further 2-3 days for a refund to be processed. This service is offered to assist in returning goods. Any issues with the service should be made to Yodel.

If you prefer to return the goods by your own choice of carrier download the returns form, complete fully and included with goods. Add your order number clearly written on the outside of the parcel.

EXCHANGES

Return the goods as above.

For the first exchange we will send out the item postage free. Second and subsequent exchanges additional postage may be requested.

CANCELLING ORDERS / CHANGE IN ORDER

We can normally cancel / change orders if you notify us immediately, please send a message using our contact us form. If your goods have already been dispatched, please return to us at your own cost as above.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY

We always strive to deliver your order in perfect condition, but if you do receive faulty or damaged products please send a message using our contact us form and we will try to put this right as quickly as possible. Photographs would be useful.

All faulty or damaged goods need to be reported to us within 7 days and photographic evidences is usually required, please keep hold of any product labels and do not dispose of the product, we may need samples of it .

Please note: you should check all products carefully before applying for any faults, we will send a full replacement or refund at no charge to you.

We will supply a returns label free of charge when agreed.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY PARCEL

Please allow up to 7 days before reporting an item as lost. There are delays with carriers and most will not consider it lost until after 7 days. Please do contact us between 8-21 days, otherwise we cannot know there is an issue.

Any claims after 21 days will not be accepted.
